Principal Developer – Ruby | Fast Growing Tech Business | London | £90,000

Lewis Hollings are proud to be working with the 2nd fastest growing tech business in UK right now.

As they go through the evolution from a small start-up into a more established business they need to hire 2 Senior Developers

The first role we are hiring for is a Principal Developer – Ruby. The principal developer will play a key role in developing the products driving growth, working very closely with the VP Engineering and contributing to the ongoing tech strategy of the business – It’s a significant hire.

The best candidates will love to share ideas, coach other developers and see new products and features through from idea to delivery.

We are looking for a hands-on Developer with excellent Ruby/Rails experience who is keen to stay close to the code and take the lead to deliver a market leading customer experience.

The current stack is a Rails back-end with an Angular front-end. Experience of DevOps set up and procedures would be nice to have but not essential.

The principal developer role is a great opportunity to really make your mark on a business growing from a great UK start-up in to a global leader.

Our client is already successful, they have an excellent product, build and deployment is strong, however, they are very ambitious and want to continue to improve in all areas so need to hire great people to take them to next stage in their development.

If you are a Lead Ruby Developer who wants to have a say, help others and make a massive contribution to a growing business then please get in touch ASAP.

Our client is London based, paying c£90,000 plus excellent benefits and perks.
